Cancellation & Refunds

We understand travel plans can change. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for bookings made through HSP Travels.

1. Booking Cancellation

You can cancel your booking by emailing info@hsptravel.com with your booking details.
Cancellations are subject to airline, hotel, or travel partner policies. Each service provider has its own rules, which we follow strictly.

  • Flight tickets: Refunds depend on the airline’s cancellation policy and fare rules. Some tickets may be fully non-refundable.
  • Hotel bookings: Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation deadline and policy.
  • Tour packages: Partial refunds may be possible depending on how far in advance you cancel.

2. Refund Window

Approved refunds are generally processed within 8–15 business days after confirmation from the airline, hotel, or supplier.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are issued through the same payment channel used for booking. Since payments are processed via invoice, your refund will be credited to the same bank account or billing channel used.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Promotional or discounted fares marked “non-refundable.”
  • No-show passengers or late cancellations after departure.
  • Visa fees, service charges, and convenience fees.

5. Partial Refunds

If part of your journey is completed (for example, one leg of a round trip), refunds will be processed as per supplier policy after deducting used segments and applicable service fees.
