As HSP Travels provides travel booking services, no physical shipping is required.
All tickets, invoices, and confirmations are delivered electronically via email or WhatsApp within a few hours of payment confirmation.

1. Ticket Delivery

  • E-tickets are emailed to the registered email ID once the booking is confirmed and payment received.
  • Hotel and package vouchers are shared digitally within 24 hours of confirmation.
  • If you don’t receive your ticket within 24 hours, email info@hsptravel.com immediately.

2. Delivery Time

Tickets and confirmations are typically shared within 8–15 hours of successful payment unless supplier systems are delayed.

3. No Physical Dispatch

We do not courier printed tickets or vouchers unless specially requested.
