Payments are accepted through invoice and must be settled as per the terms shared at booking time.

Customers must carry valid travel documents—passport, visa, and ID proof. HSP Travels is not responsible for denied boarding or visa rejection.

We act as an intermediary between customers and service providers. We are not responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by airlines or hotels.
• Loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties.
• Natural events or strikes that affect travel schedules.

6. User Duties

You agree to provide accurate information while booking. Misleading details may lead to cancellation without refund.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid to HSP Travels for the booking in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, missed connections, or loss of profit.
